Event Producers
The LCVA provides the following services to special event planners and producers:
Calendar of Events
The LCVA maintains a calendar of events on the Offical Visitor Website for Loudoun County, www.VisitLoudoun.org. Event producers may use the calendar to promote their events, and may add their events in two ways. The first way is by completing the "Submit Event" form on the website. This method is easiest for one-time events, or event producers that submit 1-3 events per year. The second way is to request and use an LCVA "Website Account" which is a password protected entryway into the LCVA website. A Website Account enables the event producer to edit event information at any time, as well as use time saving features for adding events that have similiar information and/or occur on a regular or annual basis. Visitors Center
In addition to using the website calendar of events, Visitors Center hosts maintain event information in their files to assist visitors. You may mail event information and brochures to LCVA Visitors Center, 222 Catoctin Circle, SE, Suite 100, Leesburg, VA 20175, fax it to 703-771-4973, or email it to vchost@VisitLoudoun.org.
Toll-Free Number
Event planners may use a dedicated toll-free number in their promotional materials that is answered by the LCVA’s Visitors Center hosts. For more information, contact Brian Jenkins at 703-771-2170 ext. 21 or jenkins@VisitLoudoudoun.org.
Overnight Accommodations, Public Relations, and Visitor Services
The LCVA provides additional services for events that generate overnight accommodations for vendors, competitors, and/or spectators.
